Homophone sentences

Hello everyone, these are my Homophone sentences slides. We had to choose two homophones that sound the same but are spelt differently. Once we have chosen our two homophones we had to write sentences but it had to have a homophone in it. I had a lot of fun while I was writing my sentences.

Do you know any other homophones?

  1. Kia ora Kapiri, Nice work with your sentences! I especially like your sentence which used TWO homophones - be and their! It is great to see you have remembered our first lesson using homophones : ) I told Justus that I think homophones are really good to use in jokes. You can check out the jokes I left on her comment but here are a couple for you as well.... What does a sheep’s Valentine’s Day card say? I love ewe. ..and.... What is a Christmas gift’s favorite type of music? Wrap. Can you think of a joke you could make with a homophone? blog you later, Megan : )
